********************************************************
Atlantic
Pacific Media of Irvine, California has continued its torrid
growth by acquiring Allied Vaughn’s Houston, Texas
operation. This is the fourth facility Atlantic Pacific
Media has purchased since the start of 2005. Adding the
Houston operation strengthens APMs national media manufacturing
concern. The acquisition is the eighth facility in the Atlantic
Pacific Media family of companies, which also includes Video
Transfer in Boston, Massachusetts, High Speed Video in Southborough,
Massachusetts, Transfer West Duplication in Las Vegas, Nevada,
Video Labs in Landover, Maryland, Video Labs in Rockville,
Maryland, Atlantic Pacific Media in Phoenix, Arizona and
now Atlantic Pacific Media of Houston, Texas.
Following
the strategy to expand its national reach in media services
and manufacturing capacity, Atlantic Pacific Media’s
Houston acquisition continues to raise its presence from
east coast to west coast. Bringing the Houston facility
into the Atlantic Pacific Media family allows for the clients
of Allied Vaughn to continue to receive outstanding service
and quality coupled with increased capabilities and capacity.
Atlantic Pacific possesses significant videotape and optical
media resources from multiple high definition sources and
a plethora of digital tape machines in various formats to
high-end multimedia authoring and an abundance of capacity
to duplicate and replicate CDs and DVDs.
“Being
the fourth largest United States city with a population
in excess of 2,000,000, Houston presents a great opportunity
for us to help new customers,” states Karl Renwanz,
President of Atlantic Pacific Media. Renwanz also stated,
“Once again, we are continuing to reach the goal of
growing our family of companies while serving new clientele
and we are well positioned to do just that with our videotape
and optical disc manufacturing capabilities. Our wide range
of media services makes us a great resource for the growing
Houston corporate market.”
All
eight U.S. facilities offer twenty-four hour operation and
a range of services from packaging design to retail distribution.
Clients served include a who’s who list of U.S. Corporations
and International Concerns as well as major entertainment
companies.
Karl
and Sondra Renwanz founded their family of companies in
1986 in Boston.
